What is Coaching and How Can it Help You?

“Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Life coaches help people improve their performance and enhance the quality of their lives.”
— International Coach Federation

Coaching is a collaborative process that is present and future oriented, and that honors one’s experience and inner landscape. Life coaching is action-oriented and solution- focused. It encourages positive change and learning. It involves accountability and commitment to growth through increased awareness, cooperation, commitment, confidence and competence. Coaching assumes the mental health of the client. It helps clients move away from past challenges towards a future of more fulfillment.

My intention as a life coach is to give people a safe and confidential space in which to evaluate what they want for their lives and figure out how to manifest this. Together, we can remove the barriers that have been stopping you from reaching your full potential.

Clients meet with the coach one time per week, with 50 minute individual sessions. Sessions are conducted in person in the Philadelphia area, or via telephone / video conferencing. Length of service will depend on the needs of the individual. The initial client commitment is three months.

The first two sessions will be specifically to establish a connection with you, and to identify goals and objectives for the coaching.
